Plating system

We were contacted to automate two large plating systems and create data back up for all batches. We designed and built two main control panels with Allen Bradley Versa View HMI's and Compactlogix proceesors. In this process we are controlling tank levels with auto drain/ refill. In the SCATA, we are recording time of batch, PH, and tank levels. We are also monitoring 20 plus rectifiers as far as proper voltage, amperage and length of time in operation. This is the first phase, and in the second, we will be creating recipes for each product. We will then control the rectifiers. This system gives the historical data needed to improve quality through constant product parameters and verification through digital recording of all data.
